Last night was OPEN FLOOR NIGHT which meant many of us spent some quality time working on new moves or technique weakenesses. Evan also did a review of the solor Charleston routine, a video of which can be found in last week's lesson recap post. Evan was perpared to move on to some new material, but unfortunately we ran short on time. Maybe on the next open floor night!
The team spent a SOLID practice brushing up on our solo movement and partner dancing technique. All this in preparation for our next performance, at the Heartland Swing Festival in Iowa next year. More on that to come. . .
Megan taught an hour of FUN-damentals while team practice was going on, and I spied not one, but TWO new students in her class. Let's hope they keep coming back!
